Campaign Kick-Off Event

Campaign Kick-Off Event

The Campaign Kick Off was a success!

On Wednesday, February 10th at 6:30 in the evening, we held our first campaign event. At my home in Dallas, we served wine and Hors d’oevres and had a chance to connect with local residents and discuss the direction and plans I have for the future of DISD District 2.

I am running to become Dallas ISD school board trustee for District 2, the seat previously held by Mike Morath. It is my passion to improve the quality of education for ALL our Dallas ISD children. I believe that we have a moral imperative to provide an excellent education so that each and every child can reach their full potential. This is not only in the best interest of each child, it is also the driving force behind the future success of our community.

I am the CEO of Hazel’s Hot Shot an expedited freight and logistics company headquartered in Dallas. Prior to joining Hazel’s, I was a Manager in the Chicago office of Bain & Company, a leading global consultancy. I have a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. My wife, Denise, and I live in the Preston Hollow neighborhood of Dallas and we have four amazing children, Lilianna, Jackson, Hailey, and Madelyn.

Take a look at the gallery of our event. We had nearly 150 attendees that evening!
