Dallas, TX – (December 15, 2015) Dustin is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Vitale as his Treasurer for District 2. Mr. Vitale was born and grew up in Dallas and is a proud graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, Class of 1991, where he is now the Chair and Founding President of the Woodrow Wilson High School Community Foundation. He has always had roots in Lakewood. After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he returned to Dallas to get to work.

He served as the Chair of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce and was previously the Chair of the White Rock YMCA and a board member of the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas.

Richard also has 2 children in DISD schools. His daughter, 11, attends J.L. Long Middle School, and his son, 9, attends Lakewood Elementary. He is also actively involved in Friends of Lakewood.
